    Kindergarten needed Native English Teacher in zhuhai city,guangdong province
    Title: English Specialist
    Reporting Line: Campus principle and English Department, the ES will report
    to his/her Lead Montessori Teacher on classroom issue
    Regular working hours: shall be Monday to Friday 8 working hours and 1-
    hour lunch time (8:00am to 5:00pm, each campus may vary)
    Teaching hours: Around 20 hours a week
    Teaching Philosophy: Montessori
    Students age: 1.5-3;3-6years, few campuses also have nursery class;
    - Contract Period:
    Contract period: 2 years
    Probation period: 2 months
    - Salary:
    Salary structure: taxable base salary plus housing allowance (before tax);
    Salary in probation is 90%;
    A completion bonus of RMB20,000 for completing a two-year contract;
    - Paid leaves:
    5 additional days after Chinese Spring Festival official week off;
    10 days Christmas holiday after 3 months employment;
    10 days Summer holiday after 3 months employment;
    Chinese national holidays
    - Insurance:
    80% insurance coverage for 1st year;
    90% insurance coverage for 2nd year;
    100% insurance coverage from 3rd year;
    - Other benefits:
    ◼ Annual reimbursement for one round - trip economy class airfare to
    your home country up to RMB5,000 after 2 years employment;
    ◼ Air or train ticket, and 5 days Hotel reimbursement up to certain amount
    for international or local relocation after two months of employment;

    EMTTA Montessori certification program;
    ◼ Orientation conducted by Regional supervisor from HO English

    ◼ The Employee should teach at least one extra-curricular class per school
    term. Extra-curricular courses that take place outside of regular work
    hours once a week, one hour. For such classes, the Employee shall earn
    additional compensation on a per-class basis dictated by the ECA pay
